We had Solar Panther install our solar panels two years ago. The process was very smooth, from the explanation of the system, to the actual installation. We are very pleased with our system and the production we are seeing from our system is providing for all of our energy needs and then some. I had need for the addition of a part that was required by Illinois Shines to complete my ability to enable renewable energy credits with the State of Illinois. I was given a list of installers and Solar Panther was able to supply the part needed and work me into their schedule so that I only had to wait only for a couple of days to complete something I had been working on for several months. I really appreciated their promptness in taking care of my need. They are a great organization, friendly personnel that quickly solved my problem. I would recommend them to anyone considering solar installation or help with the project.

Solar Panther has been great to work with! Communication was a huge plus as they kept me in the loop on almost everything. Had an add-on system for my house and went with Solar Panther. This process was much easier and faster than the previous company. From solar design, engineering, to install and commissioning. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for solar in Illinois. Even with the SREC deadline coming with AMEREN, they were able to get me in and grandfathered under the old rates.

I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Solar Panther, especially by Ben Morrow. Due to some reason, the city rejected our first version of the panel layout design, but Ben helped to solve the issue swiftly and accelerate the whole process. He also offered some compensation at the end, so I got a second 220V/60Amps electrical car charger outlet installed in my garage for free! The panels are now generating more power than my house needs on a sunny day, even in winter. I'm looking forward to the summertime and plan to have the second EV soon! === After a few months, I found a minor installation issue related to the solar panel barrier (which I highly recommend you install with the panel to prevent birds and squirrels from nesting underneath it), so I emailed Ben to see if it is covered by warranty. To my surprise, he replied immediately even though it was already 10 pm. Moreover, Josh and Guillermo come the next day and have the problem fixed. I'm quite impressive with this.

I have been looking at getting solar for a long time now. The Solar Panther team who came out to give me a quote were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Their price is competitive and reasonable. The only issue I had was the process was more extensive than I expected and communication was lacking occasionally. I spoke with their owners and they were very receptive to my feedback. I often thought I was close to being done, only to be told we have more steps to go and more time until it could be safely turned on. The time it took was not entirely in the control of the Solar Panther team because permits and inspections fall on the city/county/utility company’s timelines. I am very happy with the end result and I am producing solar power at the amount predicted. I haven’t gotten my first utility bill yet but I am excited to see the negative use (more production than use) from the utility website. I would 100% use Solar Panther agin and would recommend them for anyone interested in Solar.

I’ve had a very pleasant experience with the Solar Panther team. They also replaced my roof prior to placing the solar system so check out Roof Tiger if you plan on that too. They knocked it out in one day and gave me a deal no one else could match locally. So I had a chance to work with them on 2 home improvement jobs and have had no concerns at all. Every member of the team is responsive, timely, and always available for any questions you have. They genuinely have your interest and your experience at the core of their business model and service philosophy. The whole process from application to implementation took around 3-4 months. Final product as seen in the images - couldn’t be happier.
